How Returns Work
Start a return and send us back your gear (1 day).
We receive and inspect your return (5-7 business days after delivery).
Receive your refund via store credit (20% bonus), or to your original payment method.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted with 60 days of the delivery window
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging/accessories
- Non returnable items like digital downloads, gift cards, open box items, shipping insurance, and clearance items are not eligible for return
- Exchanges are available for US customers only.
- Returns may be subject to a return shipping fee.
- Third party products require a 15% Restocking Fee
